On 5th May 2025, St. Mary’s Convent Inter College, Lucknow, joyfully celebrated Manager’s Day, honouring and expressing heartfelt gratitude to our Manager Rev. Sr. Janet on her birthday.
The celebration commenced with a warm welcome and a prayerful invocation, seeking God’s abundant blessings upon Rev. Sister. A specially curated assembly titled “A Bloom in God’s Garden” was presented by the staff, beautifully weaving together floral symbolism to reflect the virtues of Rev. Sr. Janet, whose life remains an embodiment of grace, faith, and gentle strength.
The presence of our Principal, Rev. Sr. Marina, and the Sisters added warmth and a spirit of family to the occasion. Rev. Sr. Janet graciously addressed the gathering, sharing her reflections with humility and wisdom, leaving an indelible inspiration in the hearts of all present.
The joyous occasion continued with a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolising the sweetness and blessings Rev. Sister brings into the lives of the St. Mary’s family. The staff then offered a heartfelt rendition of “We Wish You Well”, echoing prayers and best wishes for Rev. Sister’s continued health, happiness, and divine blessings.
The celebration concluded with the Sisters and teachers gathering for a fellowship lunch, marking the day with gratitude, togetherness and joy.
Manager’s Day was a beautiful reminder of the precious presence of Rev. Sr. Janet in our SMCIC family, whose leadership, kindness, and unwavering faith continue to nurture and guide the institution towards excellence.
